EW Win But No Payout ?

On 17 March, I backed Bravemansgame EW with Skybet, at Cheltenham 13.20.
It came in 3rd. But Skybet have it as not placed, no payout. I don't understand.
I have contacted them three times via their website without response. Can you enlighten me ?

Answer: Races with only 7 runners only pay out on 2 places; so as Bravemansgame came 3rd there is no payout and the stake is lost.
