I backed Mad Moose in the 4.00 at Cheltenham and it refused to start - do I get a refund?

Answer: If a horse comes under starters orders and then refuses to race you won't get your money back.

A refund would only apply if the horse was withdrawn before the start as was the case with Cantlow.

Does lady Cecil hold a Trainers Licence

Answer: Lady Cecil was given permission by the BHA to take over the licence of Sir Henry Cecil on the death of her husband.
