Trainer Ian McInnes

what happened to former trainer Ian McInnes?
Is he back in racing somewhere?

Answer: Ian McInnes trained racehorses for the flat at Catwick, E. Yorks from 2002 to 2013.

His best year was 2007 when he trained 35 winners from 285 runners.

In 2013 he was banned from training for 3 years by the BHA for denerving Commando Scott, one of the horses in his yard and subsequently running it nine times in 2009.

The operation to the horses' right hindleg is against the rules of racing.

Ian McInnes was banned until 2016 and admits he was guilty of naivety but denies accusations of cruelty.

There is no record of his yet regaining his training licence.

To the comment below calling him evil to the core and a twat… clearly you do not know him very well. The horses lead the best life and was treated so well. I suggest you jump off a cliff pal
