Cheltenham Racing

When is the last date a horse can be entered in a race at Cheltenham Festival before the race starts.

Answer: Entries usually close five or six days in advance of a race, unless it has to be rearranged at short notice.

Declarations for a horse to run must be made by 10am two days before for flat racing and some high profile jumps races. For most other jumps races the declaration is made the day before racing.
