Answer: I should start by saying that betting on sporting events is a way of enhancing the fun and enjoyment rather than an expectation of making money. So how you view betting is important.

Having said that it is possible to profit from betting provided you are disciplined and focussed in your betting.

Take for example my free Daily Lay tips. I suggest you start by paper trading them; keep a record of the tips using a fixed stake and the results.

Do this for at least a week or two. When you are confident that you are producing a steady profit you can then start betting live at minimum stakes.

Maintain discipline and avoid betting on anything other than these tips. Eventually you should start to see your bank grow. I suggest using no more than 1% of your bank for each bet.
