NO MORE BOLERO 4.45 Chester 5/2 – NO MORE BOLERO has dropped to a very workable mark and shaped well when runner-up at this track last week. Now with a yard renowned for getting improvement out of this type, he looks primed to go one better.

HERCULEUS 5.00 Newbury 7/2 – HERCULEUS stepped up markedly on previous efforts when landing a C&D success last month, travelling strongly and putting the race to bed in style. An 8 lb rise is fair enough, and he remains one to keep firmly onside.

UNDER CURFEW 7.00 Wolverhampton 7/2 – UNDER CURFEW has been in fine order of late, most recently finishing a strong second at Bath after being forced wider than ideal. He’s a versatile and consistent sprinter who looks ready to strike again.

NAEPOINT 1.15 Ayr 12/1 each way – NAEPOINT shaped with plenty of promise on stable debut at Southwell after five months off, and he’s entitled to come forward for that run. A dual winner at this trip last season, he looks set to give a good account now back on turf.
