DREAM'S KA 2.45 Bangor 3/1 – DREAM'S KA looked much better suited by this sort of distance when runner-up at Fakenham earlier in the month and that form gives him a solid chance here. He still looks fairly treated and I expect him to go one better.

EDDAARI 4.37 Newmarket 11/4 – There are a few interesting types in here but EDDAARI appeals most after getting off the mark at Newcastle last month. Moving into handicaps and stepping up in trip both look positives, and I think there’s more improvement to come.

UNIVERSAL SECRET 5.20 Uttoxeter 5/2 – UNIVERSAL SECRET ran well when second at Wincanton and that form has worked out nicely with the winner scoring again since. He still looks on a workable mark and I expect another big effort.

NOVELLO LAD 6.38 Doncaster 4/1 – NOVELLO LAD has all three career wins over 6f and shaped encouragingly on his return at Beverley when staying on strongly from an unpromising position. Back over this trip and at a C&D where he’s already won, I think he can build on that run.

REBEL PATH 3.27 Newmarket 10/1 each way – He's run just twice this year, and although well beat each time, they were both on the all-weather with his best of the two runs coming at Kempton last time where he wasn't pushed late once his chance had gone.

He's back below his last winning mark which was this race last year, chasing a decent pace before going on to win by 2L in a good time. He might get that same decent pace to aim at, and in what looks a weaker renewal, returning to his fav track under the same 7lb claimer as last year, he looks a solid each-way play.
