| Hi TODAY'S LITTLE BEAUTY BLEU D'ENFER 1.15 Aintree 18/1 each way – BLEU D'ENFER has returned to form in recent weeks, finishing second at Uttoxeter before going one better at the same course last month. He's now 4 lb higher in the handicap, but Harry Brown's valuable 7 lb claim should help offset that rise. He also finished runner-up at Aintree earlier this year from the same official mark of 124, so there's plenty to suggest he can be competitive again. 🏇 TODAY'S LUCKY 15 HARBOUR LIGHT 1.55 Uttoxeter 2/1 – HARBOUR LIGHT has been progressing rapidly over hurdles, winning his last three starts and looking particularly impressive when returning from a seven-month break at Chepstow last month. He relished the step up to nearly three miles on that occasion, travelling strongly before asserting late on to win with something in hand. He's been raised another 5 lb for that victory, but remains completely unexposed over staying distances and looks capable of extending his winning sequence to four. COUL ANGEL 2.10 Doncaster 100/30 – COUL ANGEL arrives in excellent form after winning his last two starts at the Curragh and York, producing an impressive performance on the latter occasion to confirm his rapid improvement. Joanna Mason retains the ride and the testing conditions at Doncaster should suit him well. He faces a competitive field in this Listed contest, but his recent progression suggests he's capable of completing the hat-trick. THE EGYPTIAN GINGE 3.00 Aintree 15/2 – THE EGYPTIAN GINGE has been progressing rapidly over hurdles, winning his last three starts at Ludlow, Worcester and Market Rasen. He's now 20 lb higher than when starting that winning sequence, but his latest victory suggested there could still be more improvement to come. Jamie Neild has partnered him for all three successes and his 7 lb claim helps offset the latest rise in the weights. JOSH THE BOSS 3.35 Aintree 7/1 – JOSH THE BOSS made a promising start to his chasing career last season, winning comfortably at Doncaster before finishing a close second over this C&D on Boxing Day. His form dipped towards the spring, but he shaped encouragingly on his recent return at Wetherby before tiring late on. He should be sharper for that outing and receives a considerable amount of weight from the leading contenders, leaving him well placed to make his presence felt.
