CAVOLO NERO 4.33 Goodwood 100/30 – CAVOLO NERO shaped well on his handicap debut at Newmarket and the way he hit the line suggested this step up to a mile would suit. With only a slight rise in the weights, he looks well placed to go close.

SHAKEYATAILFEATHER 5.35 Hexham 7/4 – SHAKEYATAILFEATHER is clearly in the zone right now and a 4 lb rise for her latest win looks manageable. She’s taken to bring up the hat-trick for a yard in cracking form.
