Trying to remember name of horse we backed at Royal Ascot years ago and it is driving us to distraction. The horse in question was,we recall, joint favourite and ran in either the Gold Cup or Coronation Stakes. The horse left the stalls and was pulled up within a very short distance. Trainer said they had concerns but thought it would make the distance. We now find it amusing but at the time.....
